-3 3 first on fox...more problems with the accuracy of speed came. cameras.we've learned that some people caught speeding in the city.. have been ticketed not just once... but twice for the same violation.megan gilliland is here with more... on how to know if you're a victim. good morning guys,600 people out there... have received two tickets for the same speeding v. violation.the tickets were mailed out recently and are from all over the citwe questioned the department of transportation about the mistakes.d-o-t officials promise that anyone who paid a duplicate ticket will get their money back.

or kneed her in her face and looked like she took the end of the knife and butted her and so there was blood splatters all over 08 08the neighbor found the victim and had her call 9-1-1. he tried to go after the suspect... but she had already taken off out the back door. the victim was taken to the hospital , but is expected to be okay.police are asking anyone with information... to give them a call. we now know the identity of a decomposed body found in north baltimore, just over a week ago.investigators say the victim was 41-year-old kristie hufnagel.her body was found inside an apartment in the wyman house in charles village. the medical examiner couldn't determine how she died.the owner of that apartment... 67-year-old marvin white ... remains in police custody on drug charges. 3 the colorado theater shooting suspect now stands charged with 24 counts of first degree murder... two for each of the people killed in the massacre.

as ed lavendera explains... james holmes was in court monday to hear the formal charges. 3 james holmes sat calmly in the courtroom, apparently unfazed when the judge announced that he'd been charged with 142 criminal charges, including 24 counts of first-degree murder -- two for each victim. theater shooting survivor don lader needed to see holmes up close - to send the accused mass killer a message. "i think they guy's a coward and seeing him confirmed that 100%. he looked defeated, he knows that he's not the one with power anymore, that it's us." in his first court appearance last week holmes displayed a bizarre range of bewildered expressions. this time he appeared more lucid and aware of what was going on around him. his red hair matted down, at times he stared blankly at the judge's bench in front of him and then his eyes would open wide as if trying to process the court exchanges. members in court today to see and judge holmes' demeanor for themselves. "i got a sense that he was very aware of what was going on. i do not believe he is insane but of course i'm not a psychiatrist. he responded very appropriately." survivors and their families filled half the courtroom as well as an overflow courtroom where they could watch the hearing. (nats) among them rita paulina who was brought to the court by her family in a wheelchair her left arm and leg still bandaged from the gunshot wounds.. don lader and amber harris came together. total strangers the night of the shooting, don found amber in the movie theater parking lot dazed in the chaos of the shooting aftermath. today they're friends, bonded by a horrific experience. don wore a batman t-shirt to court and says he been to a movie theater and seen the dark knight rises twice since the shooting. "i'm hoping that people see me here with this

shirt will take it as a sign of strength of the community. that we are not going to sit down and take this. we are not going to let his fear spread that he wanted to. we are going to stand up, we are going to fight and that's what this is a representation of." prosecutors still haven't revealed whether they'll seek the death penalty against holmes. police in tampa are investigating the death of tennessee titans wide receiver, o-j murdock.it's believed the 25-year-old shot himself in his car... which was parked outside his former high school.murdock died at a nearby hospital.the titans released a statement saying quote - "our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends as they try to cope with this tragedy." murdock's death follows a string of recent suicides by former pro football players. even before word of his death... the national football league was launching a new mental health initiative this week. it's called "n-f-l life line"... and it's an around-the-clock crisis support lineefor both current and former players and their

be culinary chic. tech giants apple tech giants apple and samsung are heading to federal court in a battle that's being called the patent trial of the century. alison kosik has more on the case and what it means for your smartphones. 3 --reporter pkg-as follows -- it's been two years in the making. samsung and apple are fighting over which company's smartphone and tablet designs came first. and now, jury selection finally started. apple claims samsung deliberately copied it's iphone and ipad design and some of the features. apple is asking for $2-and-a-half billion dollars in damages. on the other side -- samsung claims apple is the one doing all the copying. the south korean company says apple's inspiration for its i-phone came from sony. samsung also claims that by initiating this lawsuit, apple is trying to stifle competition and limit consumer choice. after all, a judge has already banned version of samsung's galaxy tablet until this dispute gets
